​Mind Over Matter Fitness has given me the confidence and support I needed to work towards my health and fitness goals. I now spend all week looking forward to the Group PT sessions which are held in a fun and friendly environment, and can be easily adapted to suit all levels of fitness and strength. I have even found the confidence to join the running group (having never run in my life), and am really enjoying seeing how much I have progressed from week to week.

I have been seeing Megan for two months as part of her group PT and running groups. Already I have lost 10lbs and feel my body changing for the better. Megan has been a great source of support by offering nutritional advice in addition to encouraging me to work harder each week to improve my fitness levels. The sessions are fun, affordable and flexible and I’m looking forward to continuing my weight loss with Megan.

Megan is a good coach, manages the sessions very well and has a lovely personality. For me personalised training is important as I already have areas of fitness, but no inclination to write myself another training plan or waste hours upon hours in the gym. Megan sorts all this out!
