09:00 - 09:45 - Body conditioning

(Mixed overall body session using weights, resistance bands or any objects you have)

Virtual session

10:30-11:30 - Feel Good bootcamp

(Based on body weight and resistance bands - which are  provided for you)

Face to face session @ Oatlands Recreation Grounds, Osney Mead, Botley)

Sesions suitable for all fitness levels, over 18yrs
