06:30 - 07:15 - Body conditioning (Zoom)

Mixed overall body session using weights, resistance bands or any objects you have at home

Virtual session

Saturday:

 

10:30-11:30 - Feel Good bootcamp

 

(All over body workout, using a range of equipment such as kettlebellls and dumbbells)

Face to face session @ Oatlands Recreation Grounds, Osney Mead, Botley)

Sesions suitable for all fitness levels, over 18yrs
