Subsuquent months - £50

    - Re-testing body compostion

    - Change of meal plans

    - Additonal recipes

   - Changes based on new bodyy composition data/goals

Online/remote training

Interactive training plans designed around the time and equipment you have available and of course your goals.  Animated programing with regular contact with me and 2-way feedback.  Wether you want a one off 20 min abs session to do at home or a full-on weight training program this remote programming will work for you
