Welcome to Mind Over Matter Fitness and Nutrition!

Hello, my name is Megan. I'm an experienced running coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and fitness instructor working in the Oxfordshire area. I offer a large number of bespoke services including – one to one or small group sessions at The Athlete Centre or online, via zoom.  My group exercise classes include body conditioning and core workout, one to one nutritional consultation and 8-week nutrition/weight loss groups.

I believe in supporting you to achieve your health and fitness goals, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle or just be able to run around after the grand children! No one is too old or too unfit to start exercising and eating healthily - small changes can make a big difference to your quality of life.

I have a wealth of experience from working with young athletes, large corporation's and one to one clients across Oxford in both an exercise and nutritional context.

I love training and coaching, and want to help others to enjoy exercise as much as I do and see great results.

Group Bootcamp Fitness Classes 


Like individual PT sessions, larger group fitness training is varied and challenging. Group classes can help you get more out of the workout, thanks to a supportive atmosphere, and like-minded people working towards the same goal. 


They’re suitable for people of all fitness levels, as the exercises can be adapted to your ability. Available online, or in person, these weekly sessions will target multiple areas of fitness, and work your whole body. 


Running Coaching & Advice


Whether you’re already an experienced athlete, you’re taking up running for the first time, or have a specific goal in mind, experienced running coach Megan offers tailored advice for all ability levels. 

We offer online running schedules tailored to you, plus training sessions that fit around your schedule. 


Nutrition Plans 


Qualified as a nutritionist, Megan can build a plan around your goals, needs and preferences. As well as offering one to one support, Megan can deliver informative and engaging talks to groups. 

Healthy eating can be achievable for everyone. With the right tools and information, you can make healthy choices that you can sustain over the long term.
