Welcome to Mind Over Matter Fitness and Nutrition​!

I'm an experienced personal trainer, nutritionist and fitness instructor working in the Oxfordshire area. I offer a large number of bespoke services including - 1:1 or 2:1 personal training sessions at The Athlete Centre or via zoom.  I offer group exercise classes such as body conditioning and core workout, one to one nutritional consultations and 8-week nutrition/weight loss groups.

 

I believe in supporting you to achieve your goals, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle or just be able to run around after the grand children!  No one is too old or too un-fit to start training and eating healthily - small changes can make a big difference to your quality of life.

 

I have a wealth of experience from working with young athletes, large corporation's and one to one clients in both an exercise and nutritional context.

 

I love my training and want to help others to enjoy exercise as much as I do and see great results.

I'm a passionate about strength training, running and healthy eating.  I love helping others achieve their nutrition and fitness goals and believe that having detailed nutrtional and fitness knowledge makes me stand out from other trainers.  Being able to advise on training and diet enables you acheive and maintain a long-term healthy lifestyle.  My training sessions are hard work but fun too.
